Moya Brennan: Perfectly in tune with a healthy diet
Moya has shared her routine/diet with the Independent. No chocolate!! It’s a nice wee read:
7.15am
I’m a little slow to start in the morning. I drink a glass of hot water and lemon while the kids eat breakfast.
8am
After the kids leave, I eat an apple and get ready to walk to the gym. When I’m at home I make a point of getting to the gym three mornings a week.
On this day I begin my workout with 30 minutes on the cross-trainer then move to the weight machines. I vary my routine and sometimes have a swim in the pool instead of weights.
